Trainspotting: The Powerhouse Museum International Photo Competition 2011

Running from the 24 February - 30 April 2012 at Newcastle Museum features the six winning images and 41 highly commended entries, for the International Photo Competition.  This exhibition showcases a variety of styles and interests, from documenting locomotives in motion to works that explore the social experience of train travel.

The trainspotting exhibition will be joined by an exhibition of evocative photographs from around the Hunter by published photographers Robert & Bruce Wheatley.
