Newcastle International Animation Festival

Award winning, weird and wacky; the best short animated films from around the globe will be served up in Newcastle for three days only. If you like your films to be of the quirky kind then feed your twisted brain by heading to the Newcastle International Animation Festival in August.

Thanks to the University of Newcastle this two day extravaganza will showcase local, national and international content, a Q and A session with industry professionals, a super fun session for kids and all-time trippiness with a late night bizarre session. And don’t miss the red carpet event on opening night!
